 Halima Ibrahim Abba is the Managing Director. She is an multi-award-winning with 14 years’ international public, private & non-profit institutional experience in both professional and personal capacities. Her experience cuts across Infrastructure & Industrialization Finance - Transport & Logistics; Power; Petrochemicals & Mineral Resource Refining; Agriculture & Agro-Processing; International Development; Education, Entrepreneurship & Employability.  

Oreoluwa Samson is the Managing Consultant (Business Development, Strategy, HRM & Information). He has served in several operational, strategy and administrative roles with Logitude Projects Ltd; Off-Time Zentrum; and Virtual Limbs. He holds several certifications including the Data Analytics Essentials and Introduction to Data Science from Cisco Networking Academy. He is a graduate of the Mckinsey Forward Program. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kwara State University. 

Hope Aramunde is the Managing Consultant  (Admin & PM) and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. She provides strategic and administrative support across the organization’s operations and external engagements. With experience in executive coordination, project management, and stakeholder communication, she has previously supported business leaders as a freelance virtual assistant at Tasktide & Palmpay. Hope holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from Ambrose Alli University and is proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and workflow tools like Trello and Zapier.

Omobolanle Akintaro is a Junior Consultant (HRM) at PIF Africa. She supports the firm’s talent and operational excellence goals through strategic HR practices and client engagement.

Omobolanle is focused on aligning workforce capabilities with business objectives, improving internal processes, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. She holds a BSc in Entrepreneurship from Kwara State University and brings a proactive, people-centered approach to her role at PIF Africa

Olamide Olotin is a Junior Consultant (Administrative & Project Management) at PIF Africa. He brings over five years of cross-sector experience in virtual assistance, business support, and project coordination, with a strong track record of streamlining operations and delivering reliable administrative systems.

Before joining PIF Africa, he supported executive operations at Digital Communications Konsult as Business Support Executive and Project Management Officer. he has also served as a freelance virtual assistant, offering administrative and customer success support to clients globally.

Olamide holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from Achievers University and an M.Sc. in Political Science (In View from the University of Abuja. He is certified in technical writing and sales, and is proficient in tools like Canva, Notion, Trello, and Google Workspace.

 Roseline Thikan is an Associate Consultant (Business Development, Strategy & Information) at PIF Africa, with a primary focus on Information systems and strategic knowledge structuring. She designs and manages internal frameworks and documentation that translate leadership thinking into clear, executable systems.

Her work centers on building structured tools for opportunity tracking, marketing channel mapping, institutional positioning, and specialization alignment. She ensures that strategy, content, and internal intelligence are organized, consistent, and usable across teams.

Roseline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bowen University and applies a systems-driven approach to strengthening institutional clarity and execution 

Utibeabasi James is an Associate Consultant (Legal & Governance) at PIF Africa. She served as the Chairman of Bowen University Legal Clinic and Vice President of Bowen’s Law Students Society. She interned at prestigious law firms including Perchstone & Graeys, Justicia Chamber and Dikko & Mahmoud. She was Secretary of the Youth and Women Committees with the Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. She is a Child, Women and Human Rights Activist, and the founder of The Foundation Africa, an organization that implements initiatives and projects to empower children and youth in Africa. She is a graduate of Law from Bowen University, and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.

Joy Adeotan is a Junior Consultant (Legal & Governance) at PIF Africa. She is a legal professional with strong experience in legal research, advisory, and organizational governance across private and development-focused institutions. She previously served as an NYSC Associate and Graduate Intern at Edbridge Legal, where she contributed to legal analysis, client advisory, and compliance documentation. Joy has also held leadership positions, including General Secretary of the Academic Committee at Bowen University, where she organized leadership conferences, academic seminars, and capacity-building initiatives featuring top legal practitioners. Her background also includes roles with Cowrywise as a Campus Ambassador and with MRS Oil Company as a Workshop Assistant, where she provided operational and administrative support. Joy holds a First-Class LL.B from Bowen University and completed her Bar training at the Nigerian Law School. 

Rose Owolabi is an Associate Consultant (Programs & Initiatives) at PIF Africa. She is a development professional with 7+ years’ experience working with leading organizations across education, entrepreneurship, and business advisory.

She was the Program Officer focused on Skills Outside School Foundation (SOSF), where for over five years she has managed the SOSF Headstart & SOSF Bridge programs. Previously, she was a Business Advisor at Haod Heights & at Jiji.ng as Team Lead and Marketing Executive, overseeing sales campaigns and leading recruitment and training. Rose has through VSO, delivering teacher workshops and SDG-focused community awareness programs. She holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Abuja.

 Zainab Adam Yakubu is a Junior Consultant (Programs & Initiatives) at PIF Africa. She is a seasoned development practitioner with close to 10 years’ experience in education, adolescent health, policy advocacy, and community mobilization. Before joining PIF Africa, she served as Program Officer at AfriHUB, where she led high-impact initiatives on reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, and nutrition, driving policy reforms across 16 MDAs and establishing padbanks in Bauchi. Zainab has worked with leading development actors including UNICEF, USAID, and PLAN International,  brings strong expertise in program design, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven implementation. She holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from Ahmadu Bello University.
