How Engagements Run

Step 1 — Intake and Triage (BUS vs Bespoke vs Hybrid)

We confirm whether the client needs:

• BUS only (routine execution),

• Bespoke only (custom solution), or

• a hybrid model (Bespoke sets the system; BUS runs it monthly/quarterly).



Step 2 — Diagnostic and Scoping

We clarify the problem statement, constraints, priorities, and success metrics. Output is a scoped engagement plan with deliverables and timelines.






Step 3 — Delivery (Project / Sprint / Retainer)

Bespoke delivery is executed as:

• One-off deliverables (e.g., diagnostic brief, strategy document, governance pack),

• Time-bound projects (e.g., 2–8 week implementation sprint), or

• Retainers (ongoing advisory/implementation support).


Step 4 — Handover and Operationalisation (Optional BUS Transition)

Where Bespoke work produces recurring operational tasks (compliance calendars, recurring reporting, payroll/statutory cycles, board cycles), these are transitioned into BUS to maintain continuity and reduce long-term cost
