Oreoluwa Samson is an Associate Consultant (Business Development, Strategy, HRM & Information) at PIF Africa. He has served in several operational, strategy and administrative roles with Logitude Projects Ltd; Off-Time Zentrum; and Virtual Limbs. He holds several certifications including the Data Analytics Essentials and Introduction to Data Science from Cisco Networking Academy. He is a graduate of the Mckinsey Forward Program. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kwara State University.
Utibeabasi James is an Associate Consultant (Legal & Governance) at PIF Africa. She served as the Chairman of Bowen University Legal Clinic and Vice President of Bowen’s Law Students Society. She interned at prestigious law firms including Perchstone & Graeys, Justicia Chamber and Dikko & Mahmoud. She was Secretary of the Youth and Women Committees with the Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. She is a Child, Women and Human Rights Activist, and the founder of The Foundation Africa, an organization that implements initiatives and projects to empower children and youth in Africa. She is a graduate of Law from Bowen University, and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
Rose Daniel is an Associate Consultant (Programs & Initiatives) at PIF Africa. She is a development professional with 7+ years’ experience working with leading organizations across education, entrepreneurship, and business advisory.
She was the Program Officer focused on Skills Outside School Foundation (SOSF), where for over five years she has managed the SOSF Headstart & SOSF Bridge programs. Previously, she was a Business Advisor at Haod Heights & at Jiji.ng as Team Lead and Marketing Executive, overseeing sales campaigns and leading recruitment and training. Rose has through VSO, delivering teacher workshops and SDG-focused community awareness programs. She holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Abuja.
Rebecca Onoja is an Associate Consultant (Finance, Accounts & Investments) at PIF Africa. She is a Chartered Accountant (ICAN) with over 6 years’ experience spanning financial reporting, tax compliance, forensic accounting, auditing, infrastructure advisory, investment management, and NGO finance. She has supported multi-sectoral projects and institutions, ensuring financial accuracy, risk management, statutory compliance, and fiscal integrity across corporate and nonprofit sectors. She serves as Senior Bookkeeper at AJI Consults (global, remote) and Associate at Lehman Professional Services (Nigeria), where she leads financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, client advisory, and team training. She holds a BA in English Language & Literature from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, complemented by certifications in QuickBooks, finance, and compliance.
Roseline Perejite Thikan is a Junior Consultant (Information - Digital Media) at PIF Africa. She has 3+ years' experience across digital content creation, social media management, and administrative support. Roseline served as a Social Media Manager at GYSAPEO. Her previous experience includes administrative roles at Lonia Clinic and front-facing customer service at NGOBROS and Company Nigeria. An entrepreneur at heart, she founded Astrea Drop, a beaded jewelry and accessories brand, where she combines creative design with social impact, recently launching a CSR initiative supporting women and girls. Roseline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration & Management from Bowen University.
Manages compliance (annual returns, statutory filings), contract drafting, legal documentation, and governance frameworks for PIF. Provides governance advisory, policy development, and legislative bill design services to state/non-state entities
Oversees business memberships, event participation, HR functions, and investment management; Supports clients in strategy design, HR solutions, training, executive coaching, investment strategy, and charitable institution structuring.
Handles payroll, tax filings, financial statements, receivables/payables, and investment management. Offers financial structuring, philanthropic wealth management, and social investment fundraising aligned with SDG integration.
Provides executive and administrative support, project management, logistics, and technical assistance to the MD; Delivers administrative and technical support services to client organizations; Manage the external IT service provider.
